![]() ![]() Yoga for M.E. At the Jubilee Centre - Bolton Every Tuesday afternoon between 3:15pm-4:15pm. Classes are free. Yoga mats provided Carers more than welcome too! So what's involved? The exercises will be gentle and relaxing. You will not be pushed into doing anything that you find uncomfortable or exhausting, with the majority of the exercises being conducted lying down or in a kneeling position. The whole programme has been designed to cater for the physical range of the average M.E. sufferer. You will need to wear lose comfortable clothing and bring a beach towel or exercise mat to lie on. So where is the Jubilee Centre? The Jubilee Centre is located in Halliwell (in the north west quarter of Bolton Town Centre) at the western end of Darley Street (which has been converted into a cul-de-sac). The Darley Street cul-de-sac is located off Eskrick Street, and Eskrick Street runs between Halliwell Road [A6099] and Chorley Old Road [B6226]. However Eskrick Street becomes Avenue Street at the Chorley Old Road [B6226] end. In fact the two meet very close to Darley Street. Therefore for those of you travelling in from the north down Halliwell Road [A6099] take Eskrick Street, and for those of you travelling in from the south along Chorley Old Road [B6226] take Avenue Street. The Jubilee Centre to located approximately half way between Haliwell Road [A6099] and Chorley Old Road [B6226].
